How much is shipping?

Just $5 for shipping for orders under $50.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Orders ship in 1-2 business days. 
Transit times vary depending on the carrier.

How do I track my order? 

We will send you an email when your order ships with your tracking number, to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in those folders if you don’t see tracking info in your inbox.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Yes, we do! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Why is loose Leaf tea better vs. bagged tea?

“Whole-leaf tea” is primarily made of whole, unbroken leaves. Teabags are usually made from the opposite – low tea grades, such as dust and fannings, and tend to be highly processed, which causes it to lose natural oils and nutrients. Teabags can also contain plastics, and may be bleached, this is why drinking organic loose leaf tea is a much healthier way to go.
