Matcha Brownies
Matcha Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:

1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
3. Prepare Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Combine Ingredients:
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- If using, fold in the white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate.
5. Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
6. Cool and Serve:
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
